Satsang vaani 5

Avinaashi sukh

Apne liye sukh chahne se naashwaan sukh milta hai aur doosron ko sukh pahunchane se avinashi sukh milta hai.

Sukh bhogne ke lie swarg hai tatha dukh bhogne ke lie narak hai aur sukh dukh dono se unche uthkar mahaan anand praapt karne ke lie yah manushyalok hai.

Sansaar ke sambandh vichhed se jo sukh milta hai,wah sansaar ke samband se kabhi mil sakta hi nahi.

Jab tak naashwaan(sansaar) ka sukh lete rahenge tab tak avinashi sukh ki praapti nahi hogi.

Bhogon ka naashwaan suklh to neerasta me badal jata hai aur uska ant ho jata hai, par parmatma ka avinashi sukh sada saras rahta hai aur badhta hi rahta hai.

Eternal pleasure

In seeking pleasure for ourselves, we gain pleasure that perishes, and on making others happy,we enjoy perpetual pleasure.

The heavens are for enjoying pleasure and the hell for pain.Rising above pleasure and pain, we can achieve bliss, in this human world.

Whatever pleasure we gain by detachment from the world, could never be gained by our attachment to it.

So long as we continue to seek perishable pleasure, till then, we cannot acquire perpetual bliss.

The enjoyment of perishable pleasure turns stale and comes to an end; while God's everlasting pleasure, remains fresh and keeps increasing.

Abhimaan

Achhayi ka abhimaan buraayi ki jad hai.

Swaarth aur abhimaan ka tyaag karne se saadhuta aati hai.

Apni budhhi ka abhimaan hi shaastron ki, santon ki baaton ko antahkaran me tikne nahi deta.

Aap apni achhaayi ka jitna abhimaan karoge utni hi buraayi paida hogi.Isliye achhe banna chahiye parantu  achhayi ka abhimaan nahi karna chahiye.

Gyaan mukt karta hai par gyaan ka abhimaan narkon me le jata hai.

Swaarth aur abhimaan ka tyaag kie bina manushya shreshta nahi ban sakta.

Budhhimaani ka abhimaan moorkhata se paida hota hai.

Jo cheez apni hai, uska abhimaan nahi hota aur jo cheez apni nahi hai, uska bhi abhimaan nahi hota.Abhimaan us cheez ka hota hai, jo apni nahi hai,par usko apna maan liya.

Jitna jaante hain usi ko poora maankar jaankaari ka abhimaan karne se manushya naastik ban jata hai.Jitna jaante hain usme santosh na karne se tatha jaankaari ka abhaav khatakne se manushya jigyaasu ban jata hai.

Pride

The pride of goodness is the root of evil.

By discarding selfishness and pride, one achieves saintliness.

One's pride in intellect, prevents absorption of words Sastras and saints, into the inner faculty.

As much pride you take in your goodness, so much more evil you would create. So do good and take no pride in it.

Knowledge leads to salvation, but its pride to hell.

Without giving up selfishness and pride, man never achieves greatness.

The vanity of wisdom, arises from foolishness.

What is one's own, does not make one vain, and what is not own, also does not give vanity.Vanity comes from things that are not one's own, but are treated as own.

The vanity to assume full knowledge only for part, makes one an atheist. Not content with what one knows and seeks more knowledge, makes him a seeker.
